I am looking for information and descendants of the following family:

Lech and Halina (Hoffmann) Radzimski and their daughters appear in Maria Rutkowska's book:
Lager Glowna - Niemiecki obóz przesiedleńczy na Głównej w Poznaniu dla ludności polskiej (1939-1940)
The Radzimski family lived at Wasserstrasse 13 or Wodna 13 in Poznan.

I am not sure what happened to this family: did the family survive Lager Glowna?
Were they sent to other camps? What happened to this family? How does one
go about finding descendants or living members of this family? I was only able to see a small portion of
Maria Rutkowska's book - is there more information about the family in that book?

These above families are the descendants of my great great grandmother's brother
whose existence was unkown to me and my family until my recent research.
My ancestor came to America in 1873 and unfortunately, contact with the Polish cousins was
apparently lost after the first generation passed away.

I would welcome any suggestions, tips or outreach from descendants of the above families.
