Looking For Kraska

I am trying do a geneology line on my grandfather Otto Kraska's side of the family.
Unfortunately I do not know much about his family.

So far I have gathered that my father was in East Prussia but left East Prussia before WW1 and came to Canada in 1930, on the ship Lloyd Nord departed from Bremen Germany. The last known place he was from was Joblanka, as far as I am aware.

I am not entirely sure but his parents name were: Carl Kraska (Father) and Anne (N/A maiden name) Kraska

Sisters and Brothers were: John, William, Fritz, Paul, Anne, Marie, Willomena, Freda, Ottillie, Augusta, Lotta.

If anyone could help me with how to gather information. I am mostly looking for Birth Certificates on my grand father and his family. I am not sure if any or all survived WW1 but if I could find anything on the family it would be a great find. My father and his side of the family, children to Otto, would greatly like to know about this side of the family and we the grandchildren would love to know if there is any living relatives of his family. Even distant cousins are welcome.
