The widow Margaretha Sobota, resident in Blumenberg/ Bławatki, mother of the married Einlieger* Josepha Szmanda, of the Catholic religion, reported that a child of male sex was born to Josepha Szmanda, née Sobota, wife of the Einlieger* Martin Szmanda, of the Catholic religion, resident in Blumenberg/ Bławatki with her husband, in Blumenberg/ Bławatki, on 7 December 1874, at one o'clock in the night, who was given the first name Thomas.
Margaretha Sobota explained that she lived with the married couple Martin and Josepha Szmanda and that she was present when Josepha Szmanda was born.
Read out, approved and signed by her own hand with a cross*Agricultural labourer, craftsman without landed property and without a fixed abode, who lives with a farmer on an estate for rent.
